We use only the lowest illumination necessary to keep your system operating costs most energy efficient as possible.

What makes us Unique at Lite Visions Landscape Lighting is several things :

Being an actual accredited lighting technician and designer coming from over 35 years in the concert and stage lighting industry working with acts from starting with local bands to theatre and arena tours.

Being a lighting technician as well , when I got into Landscape Lighting I searched out only the best products available to the professional from fixtures to transformers and cables and connection methods.

I get many calls from people who have problems with their outdoor landscape lighting not or partially not working and have seen many reasons why.

Most reasons are poor wiring connections and cheap wire choices as well as cheap fixtures and lamp sockets that don’t make a solid connection. Wire nuts that come FREE from some lighting companies make a terrible connection and some people don’t tighten them down properly.

A few photos of bad lighting jobs I have fixed that others have installed below. Most require a complete system rebuild.

We use top quality solid brass connections with allen screws to tighten into the wiring,these are covered by a silicone filled heat shrink connector that goes past each end of the connection and guarantees no moisture will get into the wiring.

There is a lighting franchise that has been sold several times in the area as well as contractors who do other work and include lighting after they took a 2 hour class by a lighting manufacture.

Also irrigation companies and landscape companies who get paid and are gone and some can’t even troubleshoot their own work if anything happens down the road.

Our background in lighting has allowed us to select the finest fixtures that will last a long time,along with being able to change lumens on plants as the plantings grow if needed,we usually prefer a lower lumen lever to create a unique work of art as we paint your landscape with illumination.

We might use more fixtures than another company due to our artistic vision as using one light per tree sometimes does not properly illuminate that object.

He replaced our “standard” (mediocre) driveway path lights with downlight strategically located in trees resulting in a dreamy, soft-lit approach to our house. Next, he is designing the lighting for Phase II of our landscaping project…lighting our front entry and parking area.

Exceptional! That is the quality and level of our professionally installed outdoor lights! Joe did a phenomenal job! He came out and listened to our needs, provided options, set up demos on two nights to ensure we were pleased then installed our lights. Joe did a great job of lighting our house. He’s very nice, talented, and shows up when he says he will. I wanted the lights to accentuate house, not so lit up that it’s like a runway. Because he has a background with doing lighting for concerts, he knew where to place the light for best results, not just randomly placing them anywhere. After driving around neighborhood, our lighting is also ‘softer’ – not so bright and definitely not as white. You don’t think too much about that (at least I didn’t), until you look at everyone else’s. Personally, I think ours look better. It’s nice because he’s the owner and installer.
We had a great experience with Joe from Lite Visions. We had hired the wrong guy for our initial install many years ago, and it’s been nothing but problems since. I reached out to Lite Visions and was lucky enough to get on his schedule. He was very knowledgeable about our situation and was able to remediate the problems in less than a day. He will definitely be my go-to when we install lights in our backyard as well.

By the end of that consultation, which lasted a couple of hours, we pretty much decided to give Joe carte blanche to do a complete and total reset, so confident were we in the vision he had for our property – and we are so glad that we did. I had a small partial system repair/maintenance job which Joe was more than happy to take on. Joe picked up the phone every time I called/texted him, which was relieving and exceptional given his full calendar. He gave me a complete explanation as to why each of our older LS lights were no longer functioning. I recommend this company for large and smaller jobs.
Joe was simply awesome to work with on our project! We put him against our estimate & demo from Carolina Outdoor Lighting, and Lite Visions won out in every way. He had great suggestions during the lighting demo, and combined with our own ideas we ended up with a truly excellent result. He searches for the best lights from a variety of companies, which means more choices for you! He had these great up/down lights which worked perfectly for our pergola structures, which simply wasn’t an option from the competition. He also had RGB Bluetooth controlled spotlights to flood the forest behind our property, where the competition had only white and non-controllable. The addition of color back there is so much fun and we really look forward to using it during parties & BBQs!

Joe at Lite Visions was an absolute pleasure to work with… He listened to our needs and helped us achieve our landscape lighting goals within our budget. Our dilemma was that we had a lot of original landscape lighting fixtures we hoped to resurrect and not replace unless absolutely necessary. Joe was able to fix many fixtures and only replaced or added fixtures where needed. This was in contrast to other landscape lighting folks who just recommended full replacement. We would definitely recommend him to friends, family and colleagues.

He is a true pro who has provided lighting set-design for many major touring acts, he showed the same level of attention to detail in designing an architectural lighting plan for my home. I Had several quotes, but Joe stood out as being the most professional and was the only owner who installed the lights himself. He was able to add filters to some lights and positioned some that would highlight the main tree perfectly while also hitting some of the larger surrounding trees-something only a pro would do so well! Instead of selling me more lights than I needed, he told me what would look best, and he was right. Love the lights and cannot recommend enough.

Joe did a beautiful job lighting our patio and outdoor fireplace. He has great ideas for unique, tasteful lighting. He is priced fairly and is more than willing to answer any questions. Joe does the best Landscape lighting in the area! From his music touring days and professional lighting experience he knows the ins and outs of the lighting systems he is installing. I had several quotes from other companies which were more expensive and not as detail oriented as Joe. Joe knows how to add just the right amount of light for the project and has the artistic eye for the best placement. He is honest and will not try to “sell” you on more fixtures. He did a Demo light set up which was invaluable!!!! (Other companies not wanting to do this because they “know where the lights need to go”) If you are spending the money on landscape lighting it is helpful to be a part of the process and see the placement of the lights. We may extend our lighting system in the future and will not use anyone else other than Joe (owner) of Lite Visions!
Joe did an amazing job with the landscape lighting in our backyard. He is an expert at what he does and offered lighting ideas that completely changed the look and feel of our yard.
We recently redid our whole backyard. The final piece was the lighting. We found Joe through an online search, he came out and met with us, heard what we wanted, refined that based on his experience, pulled together a demo for us so we could see what it looked like before we decided, and then, once we gave the go ahead, he did the install. We could not be happier! It looks amazing! On top of doing great work, Joe is also super nice, completely dependable (shows up when he says he will, returns phone calls and texts), listens to what you want (when I didn’t like one of the fixtures he proposed, he found a fixture exactly like what I told him I wanted even though it wasn’t one he normally installed), honest (no surprise charges), fast, and completely committed to giving you a great experience as well as great lighting. We would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him again if we decide to do more outdoor lighting.

Our home is about 100 yards off the road and our driveway winds through the woods. Joe visited with us about 10 days ago and listened intently to what my wife and I wanted to achieve.
